One of the best things about being a storekeeper with The Vermont Country Store is the opportunity we have to meet people from all over when they come to visit our stores. We know not everyone can make it to Vermont and find their way into our stores, so we also consider ourselves lucky to be able to share a little taste of our stores on social media. To celebrate Get to Know Your Customer Day, we took to Instagram to spend some time with our friends and followers, and invited everyone to ask a question.
We got a lot of great questions, and we thought we’d share our top three, and their answers.
1. Nostalgic Christmas
We are always on the look out for suggestions from our customers. So many of our products were ideas submitted by customers. These suggestions have helped us stock our shelves with everything from nostalgic Christmas decor to hard-to-find kitchen gadgets. 2. Shop the Store
When it comes to ease and convenience, nothing beats shopping online. But there’s something to be said for that special in-store shopping experience. Stepping into one of our stores is like stepping back in time. Wood floors, products you haven’t seen in decades, and customer service that can’t be beat all combine to make in store shopping with The Vermont Country Store a special experience. Most of our items can be found online and in our catalogs. However, there are some special items that can only be found inside our classic country stores.
